Hirotoshi Itoh lives in the city of Matsumoto, Japan. He walks along the river near his house and picks up ordinary stones and turns them into something extraordinary.
His sculptures are happy and relaxed. They inspire smiles. Some of them are smiling back. He manages to make something rigid and inflexible into something soft and in some cases almost fluid.
